Superfood Blueberry Smoothie

This superfood smoothie is nutrient dense with blueberries, spinach, avocado and chia seeds
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup milk of your choice
- 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 package of Central West 6oz blueberries
- honey (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. chia seeds
Directions
Place all of the ingredients to a blender and blend on high until the mixture swirls easily. You can add ice to make the consistency thicker or milk to make it thinner.
